Since it’s taking me a little longer to develop the new site than expected I wanted to give you a preview of what is coming down the pipe for the new site. Again, this is going to be a web technology site dedicated to helping/teaching non-techies.
The new categories will include:
- Code (html, css, php, …)
- WordPress
- MultiMedia (graphics, flash, …)
- Social Media
- Web Stuff (apps, tools, ….)
- Get Online (starting a site, blog, business)
- Applications
- Advanced Topics
I’m planning to incorporate video (members only in all likely hood) tutorials, usable code, .. in addition to basic explanations of how things work and various product reviews, useful sites and so on.
My questions for you are:
- Who do you know that would benefit from a site targeted at “non-techies?” If so will you pass this post on to them so I can get their feedback too?
- What would you most like to see from the categories above (i.e. what interested you in learning about the most)
- Did I leave anything out that you might be interested in learning more about?
