On July 14th, 2009 I launched the new version of vsellis.com that you are looking at right now. I still have a ton of new content to publish and write and the focus has expanded a little bit but is generally on track with what I mentioned in earlier posts. I’ll be giving a lot of attention to non-techies but also providing content and tutorials on the topics you see for the moderate to more advanced individuals.
All of the old posts are still up and can be found by drilling down into the old categories which are listed along with the new ones in the footer of every page.
The new look of the site is a WordPress theme called “Media Blogger” which will be released as a Premium GPL theme in the next week or so via BlackBox Technologies.
If you have any ideas for articles, are interested in being a contributing writer or have other comments or questions, feel free to contact me.
Also note my terms of service, with a few exceptions, I’m releasing my content under the creative commons attribution-share alike license so most of the content on this site you can use on yours as long as you give proper credit with a link. You can read the VSEllis.com Terms of Use here.
Other things coming down the pipe for vsellis.com include:
- Lot’s of video (tutorials, instruction, presentations, general info).
- More tactical and applicable content. (i.e. less philosophy more actionable stuff)
- Membership section and new courses. This is a work in progress but you can expect free and paid training.
